Employee stated that she was in mid reach grabbing manual flats out of a Gaylord that was lifted in the air with the tilter and the box collapsed on her arm and neck while she was still inside the box grabbing flats. She heard two popping noises and felt pain in her neck and arm that is now traveling down towards her mid back. She notified a supervisor and tried to continue working but body was in pain. This happened in the 48075 flat sorting area.
