I tripped on the 2nd or 3rd raised bricks on the sidewalk doorway. I fell to the ground and hit my kneesscraped and busted my chin on their sidewalk doorway. Afterwards came to do the accident review.drove my LLV back to the station. took me to AFC Urgent Care; located on the corner of [REDACTED]. We arrive d at the urgent care around [REDACTED].
