on [REDACTED] at approx.15:50 [REDACTED] at the [REDACTED] there was a strong gust of wind blowing and blew a pallet and hit [REDACTED] on her left calf causing a bruise contusion this was witness by [REDACTED] who tried to warn her but to no avail. She reported it asap where she was taken to the control center and given an ice pack and then sent to Advent Health Centra Care at [REDACTED] [REDACTED]. she did file a [REDACTED] also was given a [REDACTED] & [REDACTED].
