What happened
At approx. 1430 on [REDACTED] at the corner of [REDACTED] Carrier states that a small almost puppy Black lab came darting from behind bushes. The dog seemed playful and was jumping at the carrier causing scratches and a small puncture on his right wrist. The carrier became frustrated and finally sprayed the dog with his repellant. The dog then ran off.
