Delivering mail

[REDACTED] at around [REDACTED] SCS and I received a call from carrier that she was heading out into the intersection of [REDACTED] when she collided with a POV Honda [REDACTED] grey. Postal truck right side front bumper was clipped off from the impact and the right front bumper and passenger side had considerable damage for the Honda [REDACTED] sedan. Employee at first stated that she was okay but later complained of neck pain and she was transferred by the local EMT to the ER in [REDACTED]. Driver of POV declined medical attention stating that she was a nurse by profession. Police Officer informed me Postmaster that we could pick up the police report [REDACTED] 5 days. I also spoke with the neighbor who has agreed to share the footage form his Ring camera as his house is adjacent to the Stop sign at the junction of [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] where the employee stated she waited before entering the intersection. She stated that she did not notice the owner of the Honda who was speeding
