Employee stated that at approximately [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] she stopped at [REDACTED] to take a package to the door. After placing the package on the porch she turned around to walk back to the [REDACTED]. As she walked through the yard the carrier stepped in a hole with her right ankle. This caused the carrier to slip and fall. The incident caused injury to right ankle right hip and right knee.
