back of truck getting package

[REDACTED] I was in the back of the truck getting a package and moved the wrong way and twisted my knee. I felt like it would be okay and continued the route so I could finish and get home. The pain and immobility continued to get worse after I left for the day. At home I elevated and iced my knee hoping it was temporary pain but on [REDACTED] I knew I couldn 't physically do my job and called my supervisor to let her know what happened.
