What happened
Employee attempted to unlatch an APC that was filled to the top. Multiple EMM trays full of fletters fell off the APC and one hit her on the left shoulder. At the time of the incident she let SDO know what took place and he ask if medical treatment was needed. Although she felt pain in her left shoulder Employee refused medical treatment hoping she can work through the pain.
