Employee was bringing in a pallet [REDACTED]

[REDACTED] stated that he was bringing out a pallet from the open dock to bring back inside when the pallet jack caught his foot and drove over his right foot and leg. He was pinned under the electric pallet jack for about 30 seconds. 2 [REDACTED] a mule driver witnessed the incident and saw Mail handlers ' foot was stuck under the electric pallet jack and had to move the jack from off him. When the ambulance arrived to assess [REDACTED] the paramedics recommended that [REDACTED] get X-rayed. [REDACTED] agreed and was taken to the emergency room. [REDACTED] reported back at the plant at [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] he was limping and informed me that the nurse told him they were really busy and it would be a 5 hour wait. [REDACTED] said he opt to go to urgent care first thing in [REDACTED].
