What happened
Employee was using a pallet jack to try and push a double stacked pallet back into position. When they first attempted to get the pallet jack under the pallet it wouldn 't slide underneath. The employee then applied more force to the pallet jack attempting to get it under the pallet injuring herself in the process. She heard a pop in her lower left calf.
