At [REDACTED] PSE stated that she started to do flats. The A[REDACTED]C that the flats were in has a gate that needs to be unlocked so that it can open. As I was openeing the latch around [REDACTED] the gate on the bottom slammed to the shoelace area of my foot. After it hit me I fell to the ground in pain. I limped over to my manager on duty [REDACTED] and told him what happened. We walked over to the break room and he gave me ice in a bag. he asked if I was ok and I said Not really the metal bar hurt my foot. I sat with the bag of ice for about 15 miinutes and then I went back to work and moved carefully on my sore foot. I stood for the rest of the day until about [REDACTED] when I noticed there was a sharp pain forming. I went to the break room to take off my shoe and that is when I noticed there was a sharp pain forming.
