On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] employee on [REDACTED] 38 called to report to me that while making a mail delivery to the next box to [REDACTED] the [REDACTED] driver side door while coming to a stop her hand was out about to open the mail box but when the [REDACTED] came to a full stop she heard the door sliding towards her arm she quickly moved here hand back in the truck but the door slammed on her hand. Once employee informed me of this event that took place I asked employee if she needed medical attention She said no then I asked are you able to complete your [REDACTED] and employee responded yes yes I 'm almost finished. Then I told employee when you get finished with your [REDACTED] and returned to the office I am going to need you to write a statement on the event that happened employee said ok and before she hanged up the phone employee sent me pictures of her hand mailbox and the driver side door.
