She called me at [REDACTED] saying she had pulled a muscle from a [REDACTED] and she feels like it had gotten worse that she needed to bring back her route she couldn 't finish. She showed up [REDACTED] I had questioned her what happened she said she pulled a muscle. I asked when it happened she said [REDACTED] the [REDACTED]. I asked if she reported it to anyone and she said yes her doctor. I said did you report it to anyone here and she wouldn 't give me a real answer. Thats when the shop [REDACTED] stepped in and said let me speak with her for a min. They both went away and came back. Then her new story was she had hurt herself [REDACTED] and it was her hip. I asked what about your muscle you told me earlier. she said i don 't remember saying anything about my muscle. I said that 's what you said over the phone she said oh I may have mentioned it could be my muscle.
