What happened
PSE Clerk was receiving the amazon night owl drop at the loading dock area. After one of the pallets tipped over and scattered on the ground she began picking up the packages and transporting them to a new hamper. She took a step back to retrieve more packages only to realize that the amazon driver had not connected the loading dock to the amazon truck using the built in platform to our facility. Her left foot stepped into the crack between where the truck was backed up and the dock platform which resulted in her falling down and getting her leg lodged in the crack. She was helped up and transported to the Emergency room for further evaluation.
