What happened
employee was crossing the driveway over to [REDACTED] when he stepped on the dividing wall of the driveway and it gave out under him. The foot long chunk of the divider was detached from the rest of the concrete. When the concrete piece moved out under his foot he attempted to catch himself with his left hand to avoid landing on his tailbone and landed hard on his left palm. This jarred up to his shoulder causing immediate pain in his arm.
