When he arrived he said that he smashed his finger in the U-cart at R188 cases trying to put it down. He hit this head on the floor. 911 was called as we waited ice was place on this finger bags were place under his head. [REDACTED] checked him out he had a cut in the back of his head that had started to bleed he was taking to Baptist Hospital South. His family was called.
