On [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] when I was getting off the LLV I heard a pop on my right knee. I didn’t think it was too bad so I stretched out and kept continuing delivering packages. My knee continued bothering me through day until I could no longer keep delivering. I felt a sharp pain on my right knee while delivering at [REDACTED] so I stopped and rest for a little bit to make sure the pain goes away. Unfortunately the pain didn’t go away but I force to continue until [REDACTED] [REDACTED]. At that moment I was no longer to continue performing because the knee pain. I sat down and try to massage my leg but the sharp pain it was stronger. I went back to the LLV around [REDACTED] and contact my immediate supervisor and let him know about my issue. As right now I am not seeking medical attention. I will rest the rest of the day and I will inform Mr. [REDACTED] if I’m not available to work [REDACTED].
