What happened

On [REDACTED] came in late because was not feeling well. Got on the route late. After delivering mail to 3 boxes my vehicle broke down. Waited for an hour or more before another vehicle was brought out to me. During that time it was very hot as it was already 100 degrees. Once I got another vehicle I started the route in the heat of the day. Called into the office around [REDACTED] to let management know wasn 't feeling well but was going to try and finish. I just kept feeling worse and had to pull over and get out of the [REDACTED]. Around [REDACTED] got out and stumbled where I was delivering mail. I fell down to the grass. A neighbor came out and ask if I was alright. I said No she went inside to get some water for me along with towel and some ice. While I was sitting there I called [REDACTED] and informed dispatcher that my head was hurting really bad body cramping chest was hurting and felt a little confused.
