This took place while in her scope of duties in front of [REDACTED]. she stated she was trying to stop her cart from rolling into the pick up truck and didn 't see the dry wall sticking out the back of the pick up truck. When she lifted her head she banged he face on the drywall causing her nose to bleed immediately.
