On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] CCA was delivering mail at [REDACTED] and he didn 't hear or see a dog. He proceeded to deliver the parcel he had to the front door. As he was leaving he heard a dog barking behind him. He turned quickly and flashed the satchel and waved the mail in his hand. The dog stopped chasing him and took a step back and barked from a distance. As he walked away he felt discomfort on his hip.
