employee states while putting a tray of flats on his cart he felt a twinge in his left arm. [REDACTED] while he was loading his DPS on the cart it felt like his arm cramped. He reported it to me and decided he would continue his day and see how he felt later. He called around [REDACTED] and said it was still bothering him and wanted to seek medical attention.
