On [REDACTED] employee. stated she was scanning parcels out a tall box of Amazon parcels when one of the parcels hit her on the head neck and shoulder. This accident occurred on [REDACTED] at around [REDACTED]. Employee reported this accident at [REDACTED] to the supervisor . Employee requested medical after being asked several times as was not sure what to do. I explained to her the procedures when reporting an accident.
