What happened
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] Mail Processing Clerk states that she started experiencing severe back pains lower back. I was instructed to start up zone on machine number 10 Duluth 97. After [REDACTED] the pain got extremely intense. I assume that it was from turning full APC and pushing it to machine 10. I felt pain as I was lifting trays from APC to the racks. I also had to move racks around. The incident wasn 't reported on the same day. It was reported [REDACTED] at [REDACTED].
