Employee was turning steering wheel of delivery vehicle.

On [REDACTED] employee had her vehicle worked on by VMF [REDACTED] before she left for the street due to a tight steering issue. Management received the clear from VMF for her to use the vehicle [REDACTED] as it was fixed. Employee left for the route and the power steering went out around [REDACTED]. She called Supervisor stating that she was having issues turning her vehicle to the right Supervisor asked her if she was okay to drive the vehicle back to the office to swap vehicles to which she said yes. Employee drove the vehicle back to the office. On [REDACTED] employee was complaining that her shoulder was sore stating it was due to driving the vehicle from [REDACTED] that had power steering issues. She had trouble lifting her left shoulder so she left the office and went to the [REDACTED] for on-the-job injury.
