Getting a tray out of a postcon
What happened
On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] PSE reported that he hurt his back while bending over a post-con to lift a tray of mail from it. He reenacted the movement showing that he was improperly lifting by not bending his knees not using his legs and putting his upper body over the post-con to lift the tray. Medical attention was requested and he was taken to Nassau University Medical Center by ambulance.
