At [REDACTED] I rung the customer doorbell at [REDACTED] to sign a certified letter. The owner opened the door and the dog ran out and bit me on my left calf and right upper ankle. I called [REDACTED] and also inform my supervisor about the incident. supervisor came out along with a coworker the cop showed up and sited a report and after my supervisor took me to [REDACTED] hospital.
