What happened
[REDACTED] [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] I got a call from employee stating that another employee fell outside in the front parking lot. Her tour ended and was going to her car. Although there is active construction out front there is a pathway from the front door to the employee parking lot. She did not use this clear pathway. She chose to walk over an obstruction. Please see photo. Her foot got stuck and fell forward landing on both knees and left hand.
