At approximately [REDACTED] i walked over to [REDACTED] to speak with the operator about a maint issue. employee mentioned he was worried about another employee His partner. i walk over to her as she was standign around module 6 of the machine and i noticed she was crying. i asked what was going on and she mentioned her back has a spasm and she couldnt move. i immeditely contacted my LMDO and the mert team which then we proceeded to call [REDACTED] and the postal police.
