What happened
on [REDACTED] I was unloading a crab cage with parcels for my route when my back began to hurt I proceeded to go on to my route as usual. Throughout the day the pain worsened and I began to have light muscle spasms as I pushed through to finish my route. I got off work went home to take my prescribed medication as usual. I woke up the [REDACTED] to a severe pain and stiffness my back had locked up and I am currently unable to work. After having conversation with management attempting to change my equipment situation nothing has been done about it and this is the direct result of what I was trying to prevent.
