Carrier was loading mail into LLV # 8202382 on [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] and he felt a discomfort on his left shoulder while closing the vehicles door. He continued working and completed his route and did not mention to any supervisor. On [REDACTED] he called out through ERMS and said Injured on Duty. I texted him as I was unaware of injury. He said his shoulder continued to hurt and he could not sleep so he went to the hospital. His doctor note says he can work but zero lifting.
