Clerk employee was working in Operation 322 surface parcels sort areas. They were working parcel packages from a blue Roll Off tilter. The lift rolled onto the employees ' pinkie toe on her right foot. The toe immediately swelled up and turned purple. It was later determined that the tilter’s brake was defected. The Roll Off tilter was red tagged and taken out of service immediately.
