What happened
On [REDACTED] PTF TTO alleges that she was offloading a post con from her vehicle when she slipped by bay 11 falling on her posterior and hitting her back on the floor and her leg on the post con. She claims that she attempted to inform the platform supervisor but he was called away from the platform. She alleges that she went to the VMF and informed the tour 1 supervisor of her accident. I was informed that the employee left the platform and parked her trailer on the fence and put the tractor back on the line and then returned to the platform. The employee wrote a statement on an O-13 refusing medical attention but [REDACTED] called the dispatch office to request medical attention.
