What happened
While i was on the route delivering on [REDACTED] around [REDACTED]. I delivered a big box that was approximately 3 1 2 ft by 2 ft and weight about 15 to 20 pounds. The box was unbalance. When I got it off the vehicle to carry the box the weight of the object moved to my left side hurting my left wrist. When i arrived back to the office I couldn 't stand the pain on my left wrist. I also felt my wrist popping. I reported it to the supervisorin charge on [REDACTED].
