on [REDACTED] salessvcs distribution associate approached me around [REDACTED] letting me know that a heavy box had fallen on her foot. She stated that she check to see if her left big toe nail had fallen off. Once she did that she continued to work on her assignment. The accident happened around [REDACTED]. She states that a heavy amazon box on top of the pallet fell off as she was cutting the shrink wrap. She states that it has caused swelling and bruising and she is not able to put weight on that foot. At first she was not going to seek medical attention but later on she mention she was going to urgent care to get it checked out.
