WORKING ON THE DUMPSTER
What happened
On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED]. I was supervising A.I. 6. I was standing at the staging area across from the dumpster looking at some mail that was staged. When I was notified by that she had a accident. Employee states that while taking magazine bundles out of gaylord one bundle fell on the floor. She then bends down to retrieve the fallen bundle without placing the dumper back down to a stationary position. While picking up the fallen bundle another bundle fell on her striking her neck on the right side. Employee requested an ambulance and was taken to hospital. Pictures of the bundle and the dumper position are attached. Also attached are pictures of both side of employee neck. No visible injury
