On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] employee was attacked by a dog after delivering the mail at [REDACTED] while doing her OT. While being attacked by the dog while backing away from the dog and spraying it with pepper spray tripped and fell onto her back hurting herself. When she arrived back to the Westland Post Office [REDACTED] she told Supervisor what happened but didn’t feel like going to Concentra at that time.
