What happened
ON [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] carrier was delivering mail at [REDACTED] where there was a dog on the porch not visible. nor was there a beware of Dog sign. the carrier was walking up the stairs approaching the mailbox when I see a dog laying on the porch. As the dog got up the carrier turned around and jumped down the stairs and ran out the gates pulling a muscle in my right leg. she contacted the station because she lost her scanner while running away from the dog
