On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] EE reported an injury. She state she was attempting to deliver a heavy parcel at [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] and she injured her back attempting to squeeze between two cars in the driveway. She state she felt pain immediately as the heavy parcel fell from her arms. She finished the delivery and went back to her vehicle. then continued delivering her route. She completed her Amazon route returned to the office and report the incident to [REDACTED] the supervisor on duty. During this conversation she stated she has had two previous back surgeries. She requested medical and stated she was ok to drive herself to the hospital.
