[REDACTED] was pushing a yellow float back inside the office from outside where it was raining. The water from the float fell to the floor to which the employee than slipped. [REDACTED] didn 't have proper footwear on. Employee was wearing fabric sketchers and the bottom were worn down. A supervisor had just left the area and there was no water on the floor. [REDACTED] stated that the knee she fell on was her troubled knee. Employee stated that the knee had arthritis in the knee.
