What happened
City PTF. [REDACTED] was walking away from the house at [REDACTED] after delivering the mail. The owner opened the front door letting out two dalmations. One of the dogs went straight for the carrier; he had dog spray but did not have time to deploy it. The dog bit the outside of his right ankle. [REDACTED] ran away and the dogs chased him to the edge of the property. There may be an electric fence because they did not leave the property. The carrier reports that the owner witnessed the whole thing but did not react.
