What happened
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] carrier was unloading mail from the back of promaster truck at the post office dock. He stepped out of the [REDACTED] carrying a tub of mail when his foot landed on the side of an asphalt ramp leading to the dock. His foot twisted on the edge breaking his right pinky toe metacarpal. He immediately had swelling pain faintness and was unable to walk.
