SLIP TRIP FALL - On [REDACTED] at about [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was walking up the stairs at [REDACTED] when the tip of her shoe caught the edge of the step and she tipped forward. She tried to brace herself and caught all of her weight on one arm the left arm. She stated that she did not feel any pain or discomfort until [REDACTED] at which time she reported the fall to her supervisor upon her return to the post office.
