What happened
On [REDACTED] I was delivering mail on the [REDACTED]. Somewhere around [REDACTED]-[REDACTED]. I trip over an uneven surface. My right knee buckled I hear a popping sound. I had immediately pain. I thought I would be okay that 's why I didn 't report. After a couple of days the pain didn 't get better I went to see a doctor. I haven 't been to work since the incident. Right knee.
