What happened
The carrier states that on [REDACTED] when she was emptying her gurney she was lifting advo out of gurney and left hand middle finger cramped up. it got stuck. It was burning and it swelled up and I could not move it. It was a lot of pain. The carrier went out that time on an existing OWCP case for her hands or wrists in which she had surgery for. They said this is a new case so she returned to work and then filed another claim. She did not report that day. The only thing she reported that day was that she could not continue with the mail as her hands hurt. She has had to have assistance regularly and has went home several times due to hands hurting. There was no indication of a new injury.
