I WAS UNLOADING MAIL AT No 15 WHEN I ATTEMPTED TO PULL A PALLET OFF WITH A HAND JACK. THE PALLET WAS LOADED WITH MAGAZINES AND MAIL THAT WAS TOO HEAVY AS I TURNED I FELT A POP IN MY RIGH CALF OF MY LEG. THE CLERK HELPED ME UP. HE HELP ME UNLOAD THE TRAILER AND I RETURNED TO THE MAIN OFFICE. I INFORMED THE SUPERVISOR AND WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE CLINIC.
