What happened
Approximately at [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] the platform forklift driver was loading TEMU gaylords on [REDACTED]. A TET driver noticed he was loading TEMU on the trailer at [REDACTED] and she decided to load her TEMU dispatch also. When she was loading the TEMU gaylords with her TET she was jolted and because of the jolt she was pushed off the TET into the entrance doorway wall. The lip of the dock plate was not totally placed to the door of the trailer which caused The TET to stop because it could not get over the lip. Which caused the jolt.
