The employee backed the truck into the bay at [REDACTED] station [REDACTED].

At approximately [REDACTED] I was notified by my MHA that the truck came and the Transportation driver fell out of the 7-ton truck and was bleeding heavily the driver then came to the office walking in on her own. The blood could be seen trailing behind her dripping from her mouth. I sat her down when she stated she hit her head as well. She was on the phone with her supervisor. I informed him she needed medical attention and I would gather the information. We called [REDACTED] and she was taken to the Hospital for the laceration to her lip and the pains in her elbow. Employee stated that as she dismounted from the truck after backing it into the bay she slipped off the first step hitting her head then pummeling to the ground. She was able to get up and walked to the entry door where the mail handler saw her and came to get me.
