What happened
On [REDACTED] at Approximately [REDACTED] Shop [REDACTED] approached Supervisor making her aware that she would need her phone. SCS followed him to carrier case 52 and saw employee sitting on a skid with her shoes off. She explained to SCS that she fell off of 2 steps and she continued to deliver her mail on her overtime route. She explained that it wasn 't until she got to the end if the route that she started experiencing pain. She then called the Shop [REDACTED] instead of calling the station and notifying the supervisor in which she stated she does not know the number to the station.
