Carrier says when returning to their vehicle after delivering to a CBU that they struggled to open the door. Carrier says they felt a pop in their shoulder at this time but continued on the route. This wasn 't immediately reported by the carrier. Carrier stated they didn 't feel well upset stomach earlier in the day and was going to urgent care after work. Carrier called back while at urgent care to say they think they hurt their arm at work and would be seen for that.
