What happened
On [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] FTR Mail Handler while driving a long-standing pallet jack a contractor crossed Infront of the jack causing an emergency stop. Employee then jolted off the jack into a nearby cage causing a severe laceration on back left ankle. He thought that he made need stitches based on the amount of blood he was losing. Additionally 204b was nearby and heard the incident. I asked for a first aid kit to help with the bleeding. Upon further inspection employee decided to go to the Emergency Room and notified SDO whom advised employee to file an accident report upon his return to duty.
